Before You Begin

Have you ever seen sites online that follow a particular template, have 100s of pages that are focused on specific keywords, include Adsense on the top and articles on the bottom etc.?

Folks who own these kinds of sites follow the Rich Hermit lifestyle - they make all of their money by push-button creating huge Internet money-making territories and interlinking them with care.

I've been doing this myself since 2003. Once the process is down and understood, it's quite easy to get it into action.

The challenges are that search engines now periodically update their algorithms, so sites created might last a week or a month or a year or what have you.and then go smoosh to the underworld. When that happens, you push the button again and rebuild (after having made changes to the templates, of course).

Here are some tips regarding it.

Tip 1 - Decide on your niche.

You can promote anything online, of course.

Let's say you like photography. One niche could be

Digital photography

Subniches to that could be:

    Megapixel cameras
    Digital Camera bags
    Digital imaging software
    Thin digital cameras

Superniches (one that is larger) to Digital photography could be:

    Photography techniques
    Camera lenses
    Camera bags
    Photography galleries

A parallel niche could be

    Camcorders

See how it works? When you want to build massive MMTs (also called "virtual realestates" or VREs), you break down your niches into more manageable chunks. Within those chunks, you can zero in even further to:

    Megapixel camera news
    Megapixel camera forums
    Megapixel camera tips
    Megapixel camera brands

For each site you want to build, you need to design a keyword list (this list will be fed into a page generator to create the pages on your site). Free options to do this include

Tip 2 - Set up autoblogging

Autoblogging is simply a means to post to hundreds of blogs automatically. And, if you do it well, the blogs end up looking like normal postings as well.

The reason why you want to do this is to seed the Internet with backlinks to your money sites (portals, MMTs, VREs, etc.etc.etc.). Autoblogging allows you to do this easily.

My favorite autoblogger is SEO BB.

Tip 3 - Expand your mind past Adsense

Most portal builders today recommend using Adsense on sites of this nature. I'm here to tell you that other programs can be equally, if not more so, profitable...there were several months in which I earned 5 digits a month from eBay...and a quarterly check from Amazon to the tune of more than 4.5K.

There's more to life than Adsense! There's also:

    Search Feed - allows you to have PPC for search engine results

    Amazon - you can sell electronics, software, health items, clothing, jewelry, baby gear and bunches more

    eBay - Monetize everything including the kitchen sink!

Never get so entrenched within the common uses that you fear to explore.
