A few months ago, one of my new clients, Jim Morris, from the wildly popular Internet marketing website NicheBot.com contacted me out of the blue and wanted to know if he could have access to my keyword lists.

At first, I was dead set against it, and told him flat out, NO. I'll have to admit, he was persistent and after several email exchanges, Jim convinced me that if I let him see and use my lists, he would tell the world how he did with them.

I had to think long and hard about it. What if the guy took the lists and put forth no effort? I knew of him from NicheBot.com and thought, geez, if he does nothing with the lists, he could ruin me with a single post in a popular Internet Marketing Forum, should I ever decide I wanted to take on more clients.

I again, was very hesitant and after a solemn promise that he would put forth a solid effort and do exactly what I told him with these lists, I agreed.
